8-Weeks of Training for Reactive Dogs
Includes
- An online reactivity training seminar to help you better understand reactivity and the expectations for training. You can watch it at your convenience before your first face-to-face training lesson. The link will be sent automatically via email when you have booked with us!
- Total of 8 weeks of reactivity training. 8 x 45-minute private training lessons, one lesson every week. At a private location in Mascot, to start with or at another location in Marrickville/Alexandria chosen by the trainer, depending on progress.
- You will be provided availability via email for two weeks at a time, every two weeks. Availability will be mainly Monday to Friday from 8am-7pm, with limited Sunday availability. Please note we can’t guarantee Sunday-only availability.
- Tailored training to each dog, depending on the reactivity and triggers. Depending on the progress, training will be conducted outdoors in real-life situations as well.
- Well-trained, calm demo dogs (the main trainer’s dogs) are used for training to help reactive dogs learn and their owners to perfect their training and handling skills. There will not be any other dogs; this is private, not group training! All training is done with the owner of the dog who will be handling the dog.
This service is not suitable for dogs who have been determined dangerous by the council or are under investigation, or for dogs with a severe bite history with other dogs or people (another dog/human has been bitten, causing an injury, or there have been multiple bites).
This training can’t be held at any other locations than the ones determined by the trainer.
* General booking conditions apply and will be provided when booking. Lessons must be conducted weekly and completed within 8 weeks unless agreed otherwise with the trainer in advance. 48h cancellation policy applies to all booked lessons and services.
